Solution 1421 : A customer received incorrect part than what it was ordered but the box was labelled correctly. What should they do?
 
The customer needs to contact Sales Support to report the shipment discrepancy. Sales Support will investigate and escalate to the appropriate department involved. If it was no fault of the customer, Sales Support will process a new replacement shipment and issue RMT to return the incorrect part back to us.
