Solution 1420 : A customer claimed that they never received their shipment through UPS, who can they contact?
 
The customer must contact Sales Support first to verify if the order actually shipped and get the tracking# from the system. Sales Support will then work with Logistics Department for investigation and request for proof of delivery. If the shipment is lost, Logistics will file a lost claim against the carrier. Sales Support need to process a replacement order to the customer.
